Cheyenne has been a Fascial Stretch Therapist since 2013. She started as a Personal Trainer, but quickly discovered that her clients had mobility goals as well as health and fitness goals. She got to work continuing her education and travelled to Arizona where she trained with Chris and Ann Fredrick, who are the creators of “Stretch to Win”. Since then, she has taken many courses in the realm of Fitness, Health and Mobility and uses the different methods to help create a custom made treatment for her clients.
Cheyenne has experience working with different types of high performing athletes from various sports(Baseball, Track and Field, Hockey, Football, Soccer, Golf, Powerlifting, Bodybuilding) as well as the everyday person who wishes to move pain-free.
She believes in educating her clients and helping them reach their mobility goals as quickly as possible.
Cheyenne is currently attending school at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, to further her education in helping people as efficiently as possible and is excited to graduate in 2027.
